Have one of our trained staff do a gait analysis to help
you get into the right shoe to prevent injury and help you
succeed in your training and everyday comfort.
Who should wear Neutral or Cushion shoes?
Efficient runners who do not overpronate at all, or do
not need any extra medial support, and runners with
high rigid arches.
Who shoud wear stability?
Runners with light Pronation of the foot to high
movement of the Mid-foot area.
Who should go motion control?
If you are an overpronator and/or you wear orthotics
and need a firm midsole to hold the orthodic in its
proper position, also if you are a heavy runner who
needs extra durability and control.
Running shoes have come a long way to address a range of foot profiles. The myriad of shoes on display can be a bit overwhelming but they’re usually categorized by how much support your foot requires if you over or under pronate, and if they are narrow or wide.
